1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文网络舆论监督机制研究网络舆论监督机制研究摘要随着互联网的迅速崛起，网络已成为网民进行舆论监督的重要平台。本文描述了中国网络舆论监督的现状，并对2007年-2009年发生的成功网络舆论监督案例进行了定性分析，进而对网络舆论监督过程的一般规律进行了总结。本文论述了网络舆论监督机制的四个环节：网民准入、信息传播、压力形成、政策议程触发，正是通过这四种环节，网络舆论监督突破了传统监督的限制，取得了显著的效果。虽然网络舆论监督比传统监督具有相对优势，但是也存在着一定的问题，比如网络暴力、恶性群体事件的发生等。最后本文试图从网络舆论监督机制的角度提出相关的政
