1、山西旅游业服务供应链构建与运作研究摘要：近年来，随着人们物质生活水平的不断提升，旅游消费也在不断升温，旅游业迎来发展的黄金时期。山西省政府、省委也大力支持山四省转型跨越发展,指出要充分发挥我省文化底蕴深厚和旅游资源丰富的优势，加快构建旅游服务体系，促进旅游业快速发展。然而，旅游服务的经营管理模式和运行机制跟不上旅游业发展的步伐，急需构建符合山西省旅游业发展需求的供应链模式。旅游服务供应链对山西省经济社会发展具有重大意义，不仅能更好的建设旅游业经营体系、推进山四省第三产业的发展、满足游客的旅游需求、促进文化的融合，
2、还冇利于实现经济社会的可持续发展。本文先介绍了山西省的旅游资源和旅游业发展现状，分析了构建山西省旅游服务供应链的必要性和可行性。接着运用灰色关联分析法分析得出旅游服务供应链的关键影响因素。文章将这些影响因素考虑在内，同时参考国内外各学者的研究成果，构建了科学合理的山西省旅游服务供应链，称Z为三级网络旅游服务供应链，并提出相应的运行机制。文章最后针对构建的旅游服务供应链，设计了运用模糊综合评价法的旅游服务供应链绩效评价体系。综上，本文考虑到山西省独特的历史文化背景，设计了一整套旅游服务供应链体系，包括供应链的构建、
