2、为了得到和易性好、强度高的轻骨料混凝土,采用预处理法、掺加矿物掺合料等措施,制备高强轻骨料混凝土。试验根据矿物掺合料的特陛,设汁了碎石型轻骨料混凝土的配合比,对比了预处理骨料方法对混凝土和易性和强度的影响。试验结果表明:预处理骨料方法可以提高混凝土拌合物的和易性和抗压强度。配合比为水泥:粉煤灰:硅灰:轻骨料:砂:水=300:187.5:75:554:540:182,减水剂掺量O.85%,采用预处理法制备的碎石型轻骨料混凝土坍落度达270mm,1h经时损失量为0mm,拌合物无离析、泌水、轻骨料无上浮现
