1、高位中药保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效观察刘军花姚聪党慧敏陈久霞马艳李佰成西安交通大学第二附属医院中医科陕西省中医医院摘要:口的观察高位屮药保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞不孕症的疗效情况。方法采用方便抽样法选择2014年2至10月在西安交通大学第二附属医院中医科治疗的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者78例，其中对照组38例，观察组40例。对照组采用常规中药保留灌肠治疗，观察组清洁肠道后采用高位中药保留灌肠治疗。观察两组患者药液在肠道内的保留时间和疗效，并应用舒适状况量表评估各组患者治疗时舒适状况。结果观察组和对照组药液保

2、留时间比较，其屮26h者，观察组为185例次(66.07%),对照组15例次(5.64%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z二-13.286,P二0.001)o观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(Z二-2.418,P<0.05)o观察组舒适状况中的牛理维度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(t=-6.605,P<0.05)o结论临床应用中药高位保留灌肠，药液保留吋间长，疗效确切，值得进一步推广及研究。关键词：中药;高位保留灌肠;输卵管阻塞;不孕症;舒适状况;作者简介：刘军花(1966—),女，主管护师，主要从事中医临
