1、关于深化国有企业改革的思考李越李睿尧何连俊四川省能源投资集团有限责任公司铜道西南电子商务有限公司四川省西岭能源有限责任公司摘要：国有企业是壮大国家综合实力、保障人民共同利益的重要物质基础和政治基础，因此，必须坚定不移地做强做优做大国有企业。而要卓有成效地做强做优做大国有企业，就必须进一步深化国有企业改革。为此，文章在回顾国有企业改革历程及所取得的巨大成就的基础上，就进一步深化国有企业改革提出了几点建议:完善现代企业制度，加快形成科学有效的公司治理结构;持续瘦身健体提高企业运行效率，建立灵活高效的市场化经
