4、manresources.Thisisduetostaffmotivation.Inadditiontoemployingqualifiedpersonnelwithexperienceitisnecessarythatitbemotivatedadequately.Butmotivationcanbeachievedthroughavarietyofforms,salarybonusesandbenefitssuchascellphones,cars,productsatpromotionalprices,programflexibilityandmore,
5、allhavingadifferentimpact.Thisarticleexplorestheeffectivenessofvariousmanifestationsofmotivation,tryingtodetermineitsoptimumstructure.Forthispurposeananalysiswasmadeofafirmthatobtainedasignificantimprovementinperformance,whilemaintainingmaterialandfinancialresourcesconstant.Thecompa
