1、D公司全面预算管理优化研究［扌商要］自从进入20世纪90年代以来，我国社会经济水平不断提高，其中，房地产行业逐渐兴起并开始快速发展，如今已成为我国国民经济几大重耍支柱产业之一。房地产行业随着社会主义市场经济体制的日渐完善而逐渐迈向成熟规范化，行业内竞争愈加激烈。在现今全国普遍高房价的背景下，日趋激烈的行业竞争以及政府稳定房价的决心和政策，将使地产行业的利润率逐渐降低。在即将告别以往暴利时代的时日里，怎样提高房地产企业的综合实力，突破制约发展的管理瓶颈，已成为房地产企业高管们与国内相关学者共同关注的焦点。全面预算管理是西方发达国家
