4、．MaterialsandMethodsClustersamplingwasusedtoselectahospitalfromthirdclassfirstrankhospitalsofShenyang,andsubjectswerecollectfromstableoutpatients、^，ittlCOPDfromFengtianAffiliatedHospitalofShenyangMedicalCollegebetweenSeptember2006andSeptember2007．Questionnaireswereusedtocompletethesurvey,whic

5、hweredividedintotwoparts，oneisthebasiccharacteristicofpatientsandtheprobableinfluencingfactorsofqualityoflifeofpatients，theotherisStGeorge’SRespiratoryQuestionnaire(SGRQ)，bothofwhichwerecompletedbypatientsinthedayofinvestigation．WeightaveragemethodWaSusedtOcalculatetheSGRQ，threesubscales4ofwh
