2、infiercecompetingengineeringmarketbymeansoftheirownpowersonly．Since1980’S，westernengineeringfieldsespeciallytransnationalengineeringcompanieshavebeenforcedbygreatpressureofcompetitiontobegintheirstrategicadjustmentoncorporatecompetitionrelationship，comingfromopposit

3、ecompetitiontOcompetitionbycooperationinlargescales．Oneofmajorwaysofcompetitionbycooperationisstrategicalliance．Asinnovationofrelationshipofenterpriseorganization,strategicalliancehasbeenoneofmostimportanttoolsformodernenterprisetostrengthenitscompetitionadvantagean

4、ditisregardedas‘'themostorganizationinnovationsince20mdecadeof20mcentury'’．Enterprisestrategicalliancemeanstwoormorethantwoenterprises，forone’sownstrategicspecialaim，toestablishakindofmorestablepartnershipbymeansofstockshareparticipationorenteringintoagreementwithon
