1、中文摘要价值投资是通过分析影响证券的经济因素、行业发展前景、上市公司的经济业绩、财务状况等多方面要素为基础，判定股票的内在投资价值，从而寻找投资机会。价值投资理念起源于国外，在国外发展的几十年中经受住了市场的考验，2001年在中国股市出现，并逐步被投资者重视，逐渐展露锋芒，最终发展为目前市场的热点。对投资者来说，价值投资是一种成功的投资理念，对股市的健康发展来说，它也能发挥积极的作用。本文首先在绪论中分析了股市的起源与发展和国内外股市的现状，提出了论文的研究动机和意义；然后分析了价值投资的两大核心、理论基础与分析方法以及重要风险，并提出了三方面选股原则：选长

2、期稳定性企业、在产业中选择具有突出竞争优势的企业、在优势公司中优中选优；实证分析中分别从成功与失败两大案例进行论证价值投资分析在证券投资中的作用；最后总结全文并对本课题展望。通过本人的研究，使人们真正理解价值投资的本质，使得投资者从心底里认可价值投资，让越来越多的投资者成为价值投资者，将心思用在评估企业价值、督促上市公司的企业价值成长上，从而使上市公司的治理水平、经营管理水平加速好转。同时希望能对我国证券市场的投资起到参考和借鉴作用。关键词：价值投资；内在价值；安全边际；核心竞争力ABSTRACTValueinvestmentestimateinnerval
