1、重庆大学硕士论文中文摘要摘要镁合金,作为21世纪的绿色金属结构材料,以其质轻、比性能优越、减震降噪性能突出、性价比高等优势,在降低能耗、提高能源利用率、减少环境污染等方面表现出越来越明显的优势。常用的高韧性镁合金AM60B,是一种相对较适合轮毂应用的镁合金,但其较低的强度性能指标,较难满足轮毂、发动机支架,减震系统等高性能结构对镁合金强度和韧性的要求,限制了镁合金在高性能结构上的规模应用。本试验以AM60B为基体材料,以挤压铸造为工艺手段,研究了挤压铸造AM60B镁合金的组织、性能,以及Al、Zn合金化元素含量、固溶时效热处理对材料组织
2、、性能的影响,为挤压铸造镁合金的选择和应用提供参考。实验结果表明,挤压铸造工艺对合金的组织及力学性能有较大影响,组织明显细化,机械性能有较大提高;材料的抗拉强度随铝含量的增加而提高,屈服强度变化不大,但延伸率急剧下降;随着锌含量的增加,抗拉强度、延伸率均呈下降趋势,屈服强度略有提高。固溶时效使γ-Mg17Al12相呈粒状和片状存在于原晶界、并弥散分布于晶内,抗拉强度得到提高,延伸率得到改善,但合金的屈服强度变化不大。关键词:镁合金,挤压铸造,热处理,显微组织,力学性能I重庆大学硕士论文英文摘要ABSTRACTstAsthe“green”s
