1、西北工业大学工学硕士学位论文摘要近终形连铸(NearNetCasting),特别是薄板坯连铸连轧(ThinSlabCastingandRolling,TSCR)和薄带连铸(StripCasting)是钢铁Z业近期发展的前沿方向之一。由于它流程短、生产能耗低、投资省、劳动效率高,从而制造成本低等诸多优点而迅速受到国际钢铁界的重视。为了研究热连轧过程轧件的变形规律,本文采用计算机数值模拟的方法对其进行研究,主要成果如下:针对连轧过程工艺复杂的特点,建立不同工况的分析模型,使除鳞和轧制相结合,模拟了从除鳞到精轧的全过程。在连轧过程模拟中,针
2、对轧件变形时所具有的几何非线性和材料非线性,轧辊与轧件间的接触非线性等问题,有效的处理了连轧过程加载和边界条件,结合热轧的特点,考虑到温度场和应力、应变场相互影响,选用了热力藕合分析法,采用了7号八节点热力祸合单元对轧件模型进行了离散化,建立了符合实际的三维有限元模型。用弹塑性有限元法对连轧过程进行模拟,以大型商业有限元分析软件MSC.Marc/Mentat为工具,获得了六机架轧机连续轧制时稳定状态下轧件的应力、应变和温度场的分布,分析了轧件通过各轧机时其应力、应变和温度分布规律,为今后进一步模拟研究提供了一种新的方法。关键词:薄板坯
