2、化打捆包装要求，本论文综合极城系统、图像识爨、光电捡测秘控制技术开发爨一磅极魄一体化装置，实现了棒材生产线计数定支环节机械化和自动化搽作。渫题懿驻点是系统硬l譬蘩势设计，包攒梗摄鬣绫设计、图像楚理系统疆搏设计、光电检测和控制系统设计等主骚内容。机械系统设计包括阻挡装置设计、平镳移努褰装器设计。论文瓢软、硬{孛嚣方嚣绘密了PLC与主位凝窜孬逶箔浚诗方案和具体实现，计黧机作为系统的上位机，对系统进行参数设定、实时监控和管瑾；PLC{睾为下经筏，擒成控制系统主俸。棒材计数存在雉以解决的技术难题，本轮文所提
