1、恒功率恒压泵变量特性及应用研究程晓东(机械电子工程)指导教师:张作龙教授摘要随着能源危机的日益临近,节能型产品越来越受到人们的重视。作为液压系统的动力源,节能型液压泵的研制开发也空前繁荣。本课题研究的恒功率恒压变量泵正是在这样的背景下应运而生的。本课题针对国内外研发的这种新型泵,从理论、实验及应用三个方面对泵的各种特性进行了分析研究。第一部分,通过理论分析获得泵的静态特性曲线,利用数学建模得出泵动态特性的传递函数,利用Matlab软件获取泵的动态特性曲线,从理论上分析了泵工作的可行性和稳定性。第二部分,通过实验对泵的各项性能
2、进行实验研究,包括静态特性、动态特性及效率特性等,获取泵性能的实验曲线,并对控制阀参数进行优化,达到了优化泵整体性能的目的。第三部分,将这种新型泵应用到了生产实践中,构建了这种节能泵的液压系统,并将新系统与原系统进行比较分析,得出了新型节能泵控系统的优越性。本课题通过上面三个方面,全面地对这一新型泵的性能进行了分析研究。关键词:恒功率恒压泵,节能,静动态特性,数学建模,实验研究TheResearchofPropertyandApplicationoverthePumpunderConstantPowerandConstant
