1、摘要电泳涂料具有涂料利用率高,操作简单、方便,涂装易实现自动化,环境污染小,漆膜厚度均匀、耐腐蚀性强,涂装工艺不受被涂对象形状的影响等优点广泛应用于金属表面涂装处理。其中环氧树脂型电泳漆具有很高的附着力和优异的防腐蚀性能,常用作底漆和防腐漆。本论文探讨了环氧树脂型阴极电泳漆在建筑型铝合金表面的涂膜生长的动力学及涂装工艺。本文通过正交试验,获得了环氧树脂型涂膜增长动力学方程,方程计算结果与实验值较吻合;确定了环氧树脂型阴极电泳涂装的最佳工艺条件:固体分17%~19%、电压75V~85V、pH值6.2~6.4、温度28℃~32℃、时间120s~150s。分别研究了pH值、固体分、温度、电
2、压、时间等因素对环氧树脂涂膜外观和性能的影响,在电沉积过程中,初期涂膜增长速度很快,电流密度迅速减小;当时间超过150S后,涂膜停止生长,电流密度则保持不变;确定了环氧树脂漆膜染色及环氧树脂电泳着色的工艺条件。采用铅笔测定法、划格法和弯曲试验测试了环氧树脂涂膜机械性能,涂膜硬度为3H,附着力1级,柔韧性好。采用电化学阻抗法测试了环氧树脂涂膜在3.5%NaCl的耐蚀性,其阻抗值较大的,耐蚀性较好;环氧树脂电泳着色中,颜料着色涂膜的耐蚀性最好,染料着色涂膜的耐蚀性较差。关键词环氧树脂;阴极电泳涂料;彩色阴极电泳;电沉积:电化学阻抗谱燕山人学T学硕十学位论文AbstractTheeleet
