1、功能性皮芯复合纤维结构与性能的设计摘要Y718982本论文设计以热塑性聚醚酯弹性体(TPEE)为芯层,利用TPEE特有的吸湿性、抗静电性及弹性,分别以PP、ECDP和HSPET为皮层,通过复合纺丝法制备了一系列功能性皮芯复合纤维。研究中用SEM、X—ray衍射和声速取向仪对复合纤维的形态结构、结晶及取f叫结构等进行了表征,并对纤维的物理机械性能、吸湿吸水性能、染色性能和抗静电性能进行了研究。还利用芯层的可碱水解性,制出了具有保暖性和吸湿速干性的中空纤维及织物。本研究主要包括三个方面的内容:(1)以PP为皮、TPEE为芯纺制
2、皮芯复合纤维,使PP纤维的吸湿性、抗静电性和染色性得到了改善;利用TPEE的可碱水解性,制备了密度更小、中空度高达50%的中空纤维。(2)以ECDP为皮、TPEE为芯纺制皮芯复合纤维,该复合纤维具有良好的吸湿性、染色性和抗静电性;溶除芯层制得的中空纤维织物吸水排水性能优良,但保暖性没有提高。(3)以HSPET为皮、TPEE为芯纺制了皮芯复合纤维,改善了纤维的吸湿性、染色性和抗静电性,在较低的温度下对纤维进行拉伸.定型表现出了潜在的卷曲性能;溶除芯层制得的中空纤维织物有良好的吸湿速干性能。关键词:复合纺丝;皮芯复合纤维;吸湿
