3、on,includingelecrolessnickelplatingandlaserprecipitatedsolidification.Byceaselessaimedexperiments,theparametersofelecrolessnickelplatingwereoptimized,whichledtonon-crystalNi-PcoatingonNdFeBbeingobtained.Furthermore,theefectofheattreatmentofnon-crystalNi-PcoatingwasstudiedWiththeincrea
4、seofheattemperature,thenon-crystalNi-Pcoatingbegantocrystal,anditwillentirelytransformintomicrocrystalcoatingatapropertemperatureFinally,highqualityanti-corrosionNi-PcoatingwasobtainedonNdFeB'ssurface,whoseaveragegrainsizewasat10-9maswell.What'smore,particularlaserprecipitatedsolidifi
5、cationprocessingwasappliedtoquickmeltNdFeBathighheatrate.Accordingtorapidone-dimensionconductofheatbymatrix,themeltedsurfaceofNdFeBquenchtoadirectionalsolidificationcystiformstructure.Soananti-corrosioncoatingcorrelatedwithmatrixtightlywasmadeonNdFeBinsuchaway.Therelationshipbetweenpa
6、rametersoflaserandthemicrostructureoflaserprecipitatedsolidificationcoatingwasdiscussedeither.ComparedbetweenNi-Pcoatingandcoatingoflaserprecipitatedsolidificationbycorrosiontests,theresultsshowNi-Pcoatinghasexcellentcorrosionresistancesthanthelaterinvariousaspects.Thekeyreasoncausing
