1、Cu.Zn-Cr合金性能机理研究摘要采用半连续铸造制成的Cu.17-Zn.0.4Cr合金(质量分数%),通过硬度、强度测试、电阻率测试、金相分析、XRD分析、SEM及TEM分析等测试方法研究了不同加工和热处理工艺对该合金的力学性能、导电性能及其组织结构的影响和变化规律,并从理论上进行了分析和解释。研究结果表明:1.Cu—Zn.Cr合金是典型的时效强化型合金。本试验条件下,Cu.17Zn.0.4Cr合金固溶时效的最佳工艺为93012快速热轧淬火+450"C/lh时效,合金的强度和导电性为:ob=458.51
2、MPa,o,=55.1%IACS。2.快速热轧淬火工艺具有固溶淬火和加工强化的双重作用,使热轧态合金具有较高的硬度。3.本实验合金Cu.17Zn一0.4Cr的强化机制有两种。合金在时效初期,其强化的方式为共格强化。而在时效后期,共格关系消失,析出相长大,则符合Orowan强化机制。4.对实验合金导电性影响最大的是溶质原子。可用下式估算合金元素cr对电阻率的贡献i12等c鬻,2暑[In(1+警卜嘉篇蠢,肌‘1淼2万i5.该合金有较好导电性的根本原因在于时效后形成的弥散型复相结构,细小的析出粒子弥散分布于高导
