1、江苏大学硕士学位论文摘要本文依据对CuZnAl形状记忆合金热循环特性的研究,设计了程控电话交换主机配线架上的全自复保安单元。试验采用弯曲法测定合金的形状记忆效应,借助普通金相显微镜,扫描电镜,X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜等方法研究热循环后的显微组织。第一组试验:对三种不同相变温度的CuZnAl形状记忆合金采用两级时效热处理工艺(时效时间分别为O.5h,1.Oh,1.5h)进行冷热循环训练(热循环介质分别为423K油和373K水)。研究了当预应变量为3.8%时,不同相变温度、不同时效时间以及不同热循环介质与温度对CuZrtA.1形状记忆合金记忆性能的影响。试验结果表明:相同时效时间
2、下,相变温度较低的合金形状记忆效应比相变温度较高的合金形状记忆效应好;随着时效时间的延长,合金的形状记忆效应明显衰减;合金在423K油中训练比在373K水中经同样训练双向记忆衰减要小。第二组试验:同上三种不同相变温度的CuZnAl形状记忆合金采用两级时效热处理工艺(时效时间为O.5h)进行冷热循环训练,选择预应变量分别为10.7%,13.3%,20%,30%,循环介质为423K油,试验结果表明:随着预应变量的增加,合金的形状记忆效应衰减;当预应变量为30%时合金均无明显的形状回复反应。关键词:CuZnAl形状记忆合金保安单元形状记忆效应马氏体相变热循环训练预应变量时效时问江苏大
