1、摘要摘要硬质合金常作为切削工具、耐磨工具和耐冲击性工具,多数情况下,要粘结到基体金属上,钎焊法是其中最重要的一种。由于硬质合金的线膨胀系数与普通钢相比差别很大,所以在钎焊后的冷却过程中会产生很大应力,易使硬质合金产生裂纹,这是硬质合金钎焊面临的主要问题之一。选用合适的钎料、适宜的钎焊工艺及加补偿垫片等方法可降低钎焊应力,实现硬质合金与40Cr钢的高质量钎焊。本文选用CuMnNi钎料,对40Cr钢与YG8硬质合金进行真空钎焊试验研究。主要研究了钎焊温度、焊缝宽度和Ni中间层厚度对钎焊接头性能的影响,并用三点弯曲试验确定最佳工艺
2、参数;通过使用扫描电镜观察显微组织及做能谱分析钎料中各元素在母材中的扩散情况,并结合钎料在40Cr钢和YG8硬质合金上铺展的润湿角的比较,探讨了该钎料与母材的结合性能。结果表明:1.真空条件下钎料在两种母材上均有良好的润湿性能;2.在980℃~1080℃范围内钎焊,接头强度呈先上升后下降的趋势。1020℃时钎焊接头强度最高;3.焊缝宽度对焊接接头强度影响较大。当焊缝宽度为0.2mm左右时,焊接接头抗弯强度最高。4.抗弯强度随中间层厚度增加也呈先上升后下降的趋势。当缓冲层Ni的厚度为0.2mm时,接头强度最高。关键词:真空钎焊
