2、SYS有限元计算软件分析了栓钉连接件时变抗剪强度对模型梁施工阶段受力性能的影响。分析结果表明:从一端向另一端分段浇筑混凝土板时结合梁的应力和变形均比一次性整体浇筑时小,且沿梁轴不对称;自各节段之间的浇筑时间间隔为6h起至7d之内,均应计入钢梁与混凝土板之间的早期组合作用,且需考虑这种组合作用随混凝土龄期而增长的时变特性。在对混凝土板浇筑过程中的结合梁进行受力分析时,必须考虑已浇好硬化的梁段中钢梁与混凝土板结合面上的相对滑移,否则会使计算结果偏于不安全,出现工程安全隐患。关键词:曲线结合梁;组合作用
