2、IIIIlUlIIIIIIIIllHIIMIIIIIIIlY2375153中国共产党自成立以来就十分注重党员个人党性的养成，注重对党组织进行党性教育。新时期尤其是十六大以来，党性教育工作在理论和实践中都有了新的发展。系统总结十六大以来我党党性教育的理论和实践，不仅可以肯定前一阶段己取得的良好成绩，还可在此基础上发现存在的问题，根据党性教育工作出现的新情况，提出解决对策，推动党性教育工作的进一步发展。本文从追溯党性教育的理论渊源开始，全面论述建党后至十六大前我党党性教育的历史演进。同时重点阐述

3、了十六大以来党性教育的理论内容和教育实践。在阐述了党性教育工作的新形势后，笔者主要从中国特色社会主义理论体系、中国特色社会主义理想信念、党的执政理念、党的作风几个方面概括了十六大以来党性教育的理论内容。同时，在实践层面上，我党开展了一系列教育实践，主要包括学习和实践科学发展观教育、加强社会主义核心价值体系教育、保持共产党员先进性教育和反腐倡廉教育。笔者从十六大以来党性教育工作中存在的问题和提出相应的对策建议两方面入手，这是本文的重中之重。笔者在列举现象、分析原因的基础上，尝试提出解决问题的对策。最后
