1、第二军医大学学报·166·2007Feb;28(2)AcadJSecMilMedUniv·论著·视网膜新生血管模型中CD105的表达1112李娟,李立,汤永强,王强(1.重庆医科大学附属第二医院眼科,重庆400010;2.第三军医大学大坪医院高压氧科,重庆400042)[摘要]目的:通过高氧诱导C57BL/6J小鼠视网膜新生血管动物模型,观察CD105在视网膜新生血管中的表达。方法:取出生后7d的C57BL/6J小鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组和高氧组,每组20只。采用高氧诱导视网膜新生血管建立动物模型,HE染色观察小鼠视网膜新生血管的情况,免疫
2、组化方法观察CD105在小鼠视网膜中的表达。结果:HE染色结果表明,小鼠视网膜新生血管模型建立成功。高氧组小鼠CD105显著表达,积分光密度为(9985.63±1016.28)/鼠,阳性染色面积为(14246.61±6052.29)2/鼠,而正常对照组仅有微弱表达[积分光密度为(1625.36±638.44)/鼠,阳性染色面积为μm(3619.31±1760.03)2/鼠],两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CD105在视网膜新生血管形成中可能有μm一定作用,其检测对于视网膜新生血管的定性、定量评估及治疗具有一定临床意义。[关键词
