4、uaranteetheaccuracyofthework．Asaresult，weconsiderusingtheinformationalmodelofprojectmanagement．Inthispaper，basedonthestatusquoofnortheastATMBprojectinformationmanagement，thenortheastATMBengineeringinformationmanagementsystemWasdesignedandimplementedcombinedwiththeStrutsframeworkandIBATISt

5、echnology．Wefirstintroducetheresearchbackgroundofthesystemandsometechnologyusedinthedesignation．Thenweconductdemandanalysis，includingtheanalysisofsystemfunctionalrequirements，non-functionalrequirementsandarchitecture．Intheprocessofsystemdesignation，wegetthedatausedinthissystemthroughthefu

6、rtheranalysisofthesystemrequirements．Inthedetaileddesignstage，wetrytounderstandthesystembymeansofstaticmodelinganddynamicmodeling．Wegivesomedetailsoftheimplementationofsomefunction．Finally，thesystemstructureandfunctionaretested．TheSystemCanimprovetheefficiencyofprojectmanagement，effective
