5、ofpolymers,absorptionandreflectionofelectromagneticradiation,especiallyinthebiomedicalfieldwiththeiroutstandingadvantages,suchasthegenerationinatmosphericpressure,lowgastemperature,andhighactivity.Theplasmajetdevicesgenerateplasmaplumesinopenspace(surroundingair)ratherthanonlyinconfineddisch
6、argegaps.Thus,theycanbeusedfordirecttreatmentswithnolimitationonthesizeoftheobjecttobetreated.AtmosphericpressureplasmajetdevicesdrivenbyDCsource,ACsource,RFsource,microwaveandpulsed-DCsourcearereviewedinthispaper,aswellastheirphysicalcharacteristics,theeffectofinactivatingmicroorganisms,and
