1、AbstractAbstractAluminumTriphosphateisakindofphosphatefinechemicalsnewlydevelopedwhichisakindofnon-toxicantirustpigmentwithexcellentperformance.Asithasgoodwaterresistance,strongcorrosionresistance,andgoodperformanceinenhancingtheflameretardantandshockabsorptionandalsogoodwear-resistingc

2、haracter,soitiswidelyusedindifferentresintoformanti-corrosioncoatingsfortheuseofsheetmetalprotection.Itiscurrentlytheantirustpigmentwiththemostpromisingapplicationprospect.AluminumTriphosphateisakindofLouissolidacidwithweakacidstrengthandstrongaciddegree.Mostresinusedinthewater-solublep

3、aintiscarboxylicacidtypeanditcanbedissolvedinwateronlyafterneutralizationwiththeammonia,soitisanalkalinepolymer.Inthiscase,ifacidicpigmentisused,tocauseagglomerationandevendamage.Therefore,AluminumTriphosphatecannotbeusedasapigmentdirectly.TherearesomeshortcomingsintheAluminumtriphospha

4、teinproductionnow,includinglargeparticlesizeanddistributionrange,irregularmorphology,highrawmaterialcostnon-environmentalproductionprocess.Inaddition,asAluminumtriphosphateantirustpigmentslightlysolubleinwateranditshydrolysisresistanceispoor,therootionsofaluminumtriphosphatedissociatesl

5、owlyanddelaytheeffect.Althoughitbelongstolong-actingantirustpigment,itcannotsolvetheproblemof“flashrust”,leadingtothefactthatitcan'tfullyreplacethetraditionaltoxicleadorchromeantirustpigments.Thus,thisthesismainlyfocusesonthealuminumtriphosphatewithitspropertychanged.Inordertoimprovepig

6、mentrustresistance,mustbemodifiedinordertorustresistance.ThreewaysofimprovingtheactivationofAluminumTriphosphateantirustpigmentscanbeintroduced.First,reducingparticlesizeandadjustingparticleshape;Second,chemicallymodified,addingnewZn2+、Ca2+cation;Third,combiningAluminumTriphosphatewitho

7、theranticorrosivepigments.Purposefullyimprovestheperformanceofthesystemseparatelyantirustpigment,itcanformeffectiveprotectionfilmsfast,Thealuminumtripolyphosphate,alsoreflectsthelong-actingantirusteffect.Sothatobtainsmall—sizedandevenlyscatteredmodifiedAluminumTriphosphateantir
