2、ransistors(MOSFETs)circuitthevoltagestressofasingledevicecanbereduced.IntheproposedcircuitthemasterswitchisdirectlydrivenbythecontrolICwhiletheslaveswitchisdrivenbytheauxiliarycircuit.Atthesametime,effectivevoltagesharingisrealizedbytheauxiliaryckcuit.Whena
3、ppliedinaquasi·-resonantfly·-backDC/DCLEDdriver,theoperationprincipleoftheproposedcircuitisanalyzedindetail.AfterthatthevoltagestressofeachMOSFETandthepowerlossesoftheauxiliarycircuitarediscussed.Amethodisgiventoreducethevoltagestressoftheswitchandtoimprove
4、thewholeefficiencyoftheconverter.Aprototypeisbuilttoverifytheperformanceofthiscircuit.AstheproposedcircuitCanbeusedinthewiderangeinputvoltagesituation,itissuitableforthesingle—stagepowerfactorcorrection(PFC)flybackAC/DCLEDdriver.Powerlossesoftheauxiliarycir
5、cuitarecalculatedandthensomeexperimentresultsaregiven.Finallyamulti-MOSFETsseriesconnectedcircuitisstudied.TheoperateprincipleofthreeMOSFETsconnectedcircuitbasiconthesingle—stagePFCflybackAC/DCLEDdriverisanalysed.Afterdiscussingthevoltagestressesandpowerlos
6、sesofthecircuit,designguidelinesareshown.AprototypeshowsthatthecircuitCanreliablysharethevoltageacrossthethreeswitches.ItwillfurtherdecreasethevoltagestressofeveryMOSFETcompare、^,imthedualMOSFETsseries.connectedcircuit.TheseriesconnectedMOSFETscircuitCanbee
