3、easetherecession,gettheireconomiesbackontrackandputinplaceregulatorymeasurestotrytopreventsimilarcrisesinfuture.Indicationsaretherewillbenoagreementonmorestimuluspackages,generalagreementonfreetradeandagainstprotectionism,agreementonmoremoneyfortheInternationalMonetaryFund,andthere

4、islikelytobesomeagreementongreaterregulation.EconomistGianlucaBenignooftheLondonSchoolofEconomicssayscrackingdownontaxhavensshouldnotbeanimmediateconcern."Ifyouwanttofindascapegoatyoucan,butthatisnotthemainissueonwhichyouwanttofocus.Ifyouwanttofocusonthatforpopulistreasons,thatisan
