1、重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文OCT一4(+)8％(4／50)、NCAM(．)OCT一4(+)4％(2／50)，共34％(17／50)隐睾生精小管内病理性表达。8．50个隐睾中，按照NCAM、OCT一4生理规律正常表达，即NCAM生精小管内阴性表达、间质内阳性表达，OCT一4阴性表达者19例(38％)。结论：1．NCAM、OCT-4在人隐睾中存在病理性表达：生后3月，NCAM生精小管内阳性表达及间质内阴性表达，OCT．4阳性表达。2．NCAM、OCT．4在生精小管内阳性表达，提示隐睾睾丸可能存在生殖母细胞迁移转化障碍，有生殖潜能低下和癌变高风险。3．NCAM间质内阴性表达，但随年龄增
