3、deapplicationofthisprocedure.Ontheotherhand,thefaecaloccultbloodtest(FOBT)hasthelimitationoflowsensitivityandrequiresmeticulousdietaryrestriction.Thus,thereisapressingneedfornewnon—invasivebiomarkerstoimprovethedetectionofCRC.AlthoughCEAorCA19.9isusefultumormarkerforthedetectionandmonitoringof
4、CRCdevelopment,thesensitivityislessthan50%respectivelyandnon-specific.IfanewtumormarkerhasmoresensitivityandCanbedetectedintheprimarystageofCRC,itispossibletoextrapolatethelikelihoodofamalignantcolorectaltumor.Thus,discoveryofnewtargetmoleculesthatarecriticallyinvolvedinthemajorityofcasesandex
