2、法与3．0TMⅪEDV、ESV、EF、SV相差1．09ml、0．47ml、．0．89％、0．46ml，320排CT优化重建法与3．0TMRIEDV、ESV、EF、SV相差O．95ml、．0．07ml、0．02％、1．0ml，其中ESV及EF偏差非常小，几乎可以忽略。SRW左心室功能测量时间为(52．50±6．oo)分钟，而ORW所用时间为(11．68±1．74)分钟。所有病例冠脉CTA图像均可用于临床诊断。结论：320排动态容积CT优化重建法与传统重建法均可以准确评价左心室功能，且优化重建法能明显减少
