2、oflungcancerinthefuture．【Methods】Thisisaretrospectivedataanalysisof237patientswhounderwentradicalsurgeryinTheGuangdongMedicalCollegeAffiliatedHospital．AllpatientsclinicaldataareenrolledfromJanuary1，2003toDecember31，2007andfollow-upuntilDecember31，2012．Lifeprobabilitycalculat

3、ionswereperformedbytheKaplan-Meiermethod，andthelog-ranktestwasusedtodetectdifferencesinsurvival．Cox’Sproportionalhazardmodelwasusedtodeterminetheeffectofpatientcharacteristicsonprognosticfactors．AllanalyseswereperformedbySPSS17．0software．【Results】Atotalof237caseswereenrolled

4、inthisstudywerefollowedup，Theoverallof1~5yearsurvivalsofthe80％、61％、49％、38％、30％，andthemediansurvivaltimewas27months；1-5yearssurvivalrateofSimplesurgicalgroupwere73％、58％、47％、36％、21％，andthemediansurvivaltimewas27months；1-5yearssurvivalrateofPostoperativechemotherapygroupwere84％

5、、62％、49％、40％、36％，andthemediansurvivaltimewas35months．Differentchemotherapyregimenscomparisonresultsshowedthat1-5yearssurvivalrateofpaclitaxel+cisplatingroupwere83％、59％、45％、31％、31％．1-5yearssurvivalrateofDocetaxelpaclitaxel+cisplatingroupwere83％，62％、47％、45％、36％．1-5yearssurviva
