1、聚羧酸盐水煤浆分散剂的侧链长度。本文得出SAS瓜压AA/APEGlOoo分散剂和SAS/MAA/MPEGMAA750分散剂,在浆体中的最佳用量都为煤含量的0.4%,水煤浆最高制浆浓度分别为72%和68%,煤粒表面的Zeta电位由.17.8mv分别变化到.56.2mv禾l:1.53.1mv,并与常用聚羧酸盐分散剂和己工业化的萘磺酸盐分散剂比较,两种分散剂性能明显提高,水煤浆在7d内的吸水率都降低,甚至SAS/MAMAPEGl000的吸水率达到2.16%,提高了稳定性和流变特性,具有良好的润湿和吸附效果。通过对SASMAA瓜伊EG心750分散剂进行X射
2、线光电子能谱(xps)分析,最后,得出煤粒表面吸附分散剂后的吸附层厚度达到了6.12rim。得到性能较佳的侧链长度为SAS/MAMAPEGl000禾1:ISAS瓜压AA/ⅧEGMAA750的聚羧酸盐水煤浆分散剂,对彬长煤具有更好的降粘、分散和稳定作用。关键词:水煤浆,聚羧酸系,甲基丙烯酸,分散剂,侧链长度SYNTHESISANDPROPER耵ESoFPoLYCARBoXYLATEDISPERSANTS、ⅥTHDIFFERENTSIDECHAINLENGTHABSTRACTCWS(coalwaterslurry)hasgainedwidespread
