1、上海交通大学MBA学位论文中国商业银行海外投资问题研究中国商业银行海外投资经营问题研究摘要随着中国金融业对外开放的日益加深，世界上主要的金融集团开始大规模进入中国市场，中国商业银行面临着更加激烈的竞争。与这些国际竞争对手相比，无论在资本运作、风险管理，还是金融创新方面，中国银行业都存在很大的差距。而另一方面，随着世界经济的一体化日益加深，我国银行业也走出国门，发展海外业务，有机会更多地参与到世界金融市场活动中。这既可分散风险，增加业务收入来源，也是提供一个在先进的金融环境里学习和壮大自己的机会。本文首先分析了中国商业银行海外

2、业务发展的途径以及在海外投资过程中的问题。在介绍国际上成熟的商业银行海外投资经营的现状和方式的基础上，结合我国商业银行的情况，说明了海外资本市场投资和海外分支机构业务发展的两条途径。接着，分别就海外资本市场投资和海外分支机构开展两条途径展开论述。对于海外资本市场投资，重点讨论了最近快速发展的QDII产品；而对于海外经营问题，主要讨论了中国商业银行在海外资产的经营管理方面与其竞争对手之间的差距，组织形式以及管理模式方面存在的问题以及对业务发展的影响，并针对所存在的问题，提出应对措施。最后针对我国商业银行发展的现状，分析中国商业
