1、西北下吹人堂MBA论文710885摘要在竞争激烈的信息化时代，重视企业信息化建设，建立与之相适应的管理体制和管理方法，不仅仅对大型企业是重要的，对于中小企业来说也同样至关重要。可以说企业的信息化从一个侧面反映了企业的竞争能力。本文研究的目的就是探索中小企业在信息化的过程中，利用现有资源的优势，分析企业所处的位置，选择合适的方式建立管理信息系统。本文首先介绍了管理信息系统的概念以及管理信息系统对我国企业分销渠道的演变和分销模式创新的影响，说明华海公司实施分销管理信息系统的迫切性和重要性，介绍实施本系统相应的计算机和网络应用的技术条件，确定结构化方法作为开发系统的方法。在系统实施前
