1、摘要我国的“十五”计划把城镇化战略作为国民经济和社会发展的四大战略之一，这是一个非常重要的信号：城镇化是我们整个社会的发展方向。城镇化水平滞后已成为我国特别是农村经济、社会发展的重要制约因素，农村城镇化是县域经济发展和现代化建设的必由之路和重要标志。当前，我国县域经济的整体水平不高，地区差异很大，制约我国县域经济发展的一个重要因素是我国的城镇化水平不高。本文旨在通过对农村城镇化对县域经济发展的促进机制的探讨，为促进我国县域经济的发展提供一些新的思路和方法。本文从城镇化和县域经济的基本理论出发，第一章系统地

2、阐述了农村城镇化对县域经济发展的巨大促进作用和县域经济发展对农村城镇化的直接推动作用。第二章详细分析我国农村城镇化过程中存在的问题、制约因素、动力机制和运行状况。其中，结合我国农村城镇化的实际情况探讨了我国农村城镇化的动力机制：农村工业化推动机制、比较利益的促进机制、农业剩余的支持机制、制度创新的推进机制。在此基础上，构建了农村城镇化的无限循环上升的运行模式。第三章提出了促进农村城镇化、发展县域经济的对策，为发展我国县域经济提供了一些新的思路和方法。第四章是实证分析，在分析了邵东县域经济发展的现状之后，从
