1、不同体色黄鳝予代体色变化及某些生物学特性的初步研究摘要黄鳝(Monopterusalbus)是我国一种重要的经济鱼类,除新疆、西藏等高寒地区外广泛分布于我国各省市。自然条件下,黄鳝种群中存在黄色、青色和灰色三种体色,生产实践中发现黄色黄鳝生长较快,青色和灰色黄鳝生长较慢,但缺乏相应研究证实。为此进行了不同体色黄鳝子代体色变化及某些生物学特性的初步研究,以期为黄鳝的育种、繁殖、养殖提供理论依据和实践指导。为此,2006年10月.2008年5月从武汉南湖周边收集了1128尾黄鳝,对不同体色黄鳝群体的生长、繁殖力、子代体色变化和肌肉营养成分进行了比较分析,主要结果和创新
2、点如下:1.相同体色黄鳝的自交试验发现,.黄鳝的体色在子一代上发生分化的概率很低。黄色黄鳝子代黄色占91.33%,青色占8.67%;青色黄鳝子代青色占96.46%,黄色和灰色子代分别占2.98%和0.56%;灰色黄鳝子代灰色占99.06%,青色占0.94%;光照对黄鳝体色没有影响。由此推断,黄鳝体色受基因控制。2.体重与体长关系:黄色黄鳝的回归方程为W=O.0009L2‘9832;青色黄鳝的回归方程为W=O.0003L3·3084;灰色黄鳝的回归方程为W=O.0005L3。1478。检验发现黄色黄鳝和灰色黄鳝之间体长与体重关系差异显著(P.3、鳝在I、11龄时肥满度大于青色黄鳝;Ⅲ~V龄时肥满度小于青色黄鳝。灰色黄鳝各龄的肥满度均小于黄色黄鳝和青色黄鳝。4.在II~Ⅳ龄时,黄色黄鳝和青色黄鳝的体重差异不显著(P>o.05);在IⅡ一Ⅳ龄时青色黄鳝与灰色黄鳝体重差异显著(P4、黄鳝与黄色黄鳝和灰色黄鳝繁殖力差异不显著(尸>o.05)。7.不同体色黄鳝肌肉粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分无显著差异(P>0.05)。关键词:黄鳝;体色;年龄;生长;繁殖力;营养成分Ⅲ华中农业大学2008届硕士学位论文AbstractMonopterusa/busisoneoftheeconomicallyimportantfishspeciesinChina.ItiswidelydistributedalloverChinaexceptcoldareaswithhighaltitudesuchasXinjiangandXizang.Therearethreekinds5、oftheMonopterusa/busbybodycolorinthenaturalpopulation.IthasbeenfoundinpracticethattheyellowMonopterusa/busgrowsfasterthanthecyanandthegray.TheresearchabouttheseparationofgenerationF1,somebiologicalcharacteristicshavebeendoneforthepurposeofmakingthebodycoloroftheMonopterusa/busintocont6、rollablelevel,andprovidingtheoreticalandpracticalguidanceforbreeding,reproductionandaquaculture.FromOctober2006toMay2008,1128specimenscollectedfromthesurroundingareaofthesouthLakeinWuhanwereusedforstudiesongrowth,fecundity,bodycolorseparationofgenerationF1andnutrientcontents.inthemusc7、leoftheMonopterusa/buswiththedifferentbodycolortypes.Thefollowingarethemainresults:1.Theexperimentofself-matingoftheparentswiththesamebodycolortypesshowsthat:theisozyboticdegreeofthebodycolorgeneofMonopterusa/busishigh.FortheyellowMonopterusa/bus,filialgenerationisaccountedfor91.33%ye8、llow,
