1、摘要数字内容产业由于其自身的高速发展以及对其它产业发展的巨大拉动作用，其发展已经受到了各国政府的高度关注。目前，随着三网融合的不断深入发展，“三网融合"通过技术融合、业务融合、市场和行业融合、重铸传统产业链和政策革新等方面影响着数字内容产业的发展。在融合的背景下，出现了许多新兴的融合业务，融合业务的发展将极大影响数字内容产业发展的方向。因此，对三网融合是否并如何促进数字内容产业发展进行充分的论证是有必要的。本文首先概述了“数字内容产业"和“三网融合"的基本概念和相关理论，并对一些新概念进行界定。随后进行三网融

2、合对数字内容产业发展的影响分析，首先分析了三网融合背景下数字内容生产的特点，进而从技术角度、应用角度和融合业务三方面分析对数字内容产业发展的影响，从而有力论证了三网融合从各方面都将促进数字内容产业的发展，融合业务将成为数字内容产业发展的关键。在此基础上，以韩国数字内容产业的发展为案例，为便于分析，把数字内容产业分为三网融合前传统数字内容产业和融合后的新兴数字内容产业两部分进行分析，得出韩国大力推动融合业务发展，数字内容产业有从传统数字内容产业向新兴数字内容产业“转型"的趋势。在论文的最后，首先从总体上提出了对
