3、thbehaviorsofFeAl6,FeAl3andFeAlphasesarecontrolledbyvolumediffusionOVergrainboundrydiffusion,whilethegrowthbehaviorofFe2A15phaseiscontrolledbygrainboundrydiffusion.ThegreatamountofCratomsin1Crl7subatratewillhinderthetransformationbetweenthesesFe-A1phasesandlowerthe
4、growthrateoftensileFeAlphaselayergreatly.Finally,theA1coatingaluminizingmethodWasappliedontheoilcasePl0gradesteeltopr印arethetensileFeAlcoatingatlowtemperature.OutcomeindicatedthattherateofaluminizingwasnotablyincreasedwhenthediffusiontemperatureisOVer590℃,whilethem
