1、摘要在全球采购背景下的CD公司如何科学有效地进行供应商选择是本论文研究的基础。本文通过对CD公司原有供应商选择流程的分析研究，指出了CD公司供应商选择中存在的问题，同时该问题也是在当前全球采购下的供应商选择的普遍问题。基于CD公司供应商选择中的问题，提出了采用FAHP方法建立供应商评价指标体系，并结合指标体系的构建过程，给出了基于FAHP的供应商选择方法及计算模型。本文研究的主要内容集中在以下几个方面：全球采购背景下的CD公司供应商选择问题分析。本文首先阐述了现阶段供应商选择的相关研究理论及文献综述，然后介绍了CD公司的背景和CD公司原有供应商选择的流程，接着分析了CD公司

2、供应商选择存在的问题。基于FAHP的供应商选择方法。本文重点探讨了FAHP法原理和应用，构建供应商评价指标体系。确定供应商选择评价指标权重，从而构建全面系统的供应商评价指标体系，并建立了具体的评价方法及评估计算模型。本文最后通过CD公司供应商选择实例验证了基于FAHP的供应商评价方法。验证了该方法实际应用中的可操作性，可以解决CD公司供应商选择方面存在的问题及为当前同行企业供应商选择提供借鉴与指导。关键词：全球采购，供应商选择，FAHP法ABSTRACTHowtoselectsuppliersscientificallyandefficientlyunderglobalso
