1、天津财经大学硕士学位论文重庆市璧山县产业集群可持续发展研究姓名：文富军申请学位级别：硕士专业：产业经济学指导教师：曹家为20080501内容摘要产业集群已成为推动区域经济发展的重要动力和源泉，经济发达国家和经济快速增长的发展中国家产业集群现象尤为突出。如美国硅谷高新技术产业集群；我国台湾地区新竹Ic产业集群；印度班家罗尔地区的软件业等等。无论是高科技产业集群，还是传统产业集群都取得了巨大的成功。同样，在我国经济增长强劲的地区，已经存在若干有活力的产业集群．以重庆市璧山县产业集群为研究基础，并以其作为我国产业集群现状的缩影，发现随着经济的发展，我国大多数产业集群主要集中在低成本优势

2、的竞争优势之上，以及产业集群的无序发展导致了其不可持续性。依据璧山县产业集群发展现状，结合系统自组织理论与动力机制经济学理论，提出通过对产业集群的熵流值、边际管理熵和边际负熵的计算来预测集群的发展和最佳决策时机；探讨影响产业集群可持续发展的动力主要包括“创新性”动力．结合璧山县产业集群主要特点，提出选择主导产业，形成规模化做大做强的战略思路，并运用计量经济学工具进行实证分析，为璧山县选择符合实情、提升综合竞争力促其可持续发展的主导产业。最后，为璧山构建产业集群自组织系统出谋划策，提出通过构建银行，保险、多元投资者等金融机构完善金融系统促进区域经济开放性，同时打造高校、科研机构、信
