1、AbstractTheDongtingLake，whichisoneofthemostimportantwetlandintheworld，playsmultipleimportantrolesthatcan’tbedisplacedinregulatingtheecologicalenvironmentoftheYangtzeRiver．WiththenmningofThreeGorges，itisafocusedproblemabouttheevolutiontrendofDongtingLakewetland．Onthebasisof43satelliteimaginesfro

2、m1973-2005，theevolutionlawofDongtingLakewetlandisstudiedusingadynamicmultitemporalremotesensinganalysisinthispaperfromtwoaspects：1．theamountofdivertedrunoffandsedimentsfromThreeOutletswillbedecreasedaftertherunningofThreeGorges；2．RegimeofDongtingLakewillchangeaftertheoperationofThreeGorges．Firs

3、tly,theresult，causedbyThreeGorgesandthreefivercutoffprojectsinlowerJingjiangstretchin1967—1972，isquitesimilarthattheamountofdivertedrunoffandsedimentsfromThreeOutletswillbedecreased．Inthispaperbymeansofprocessingfourphrasesremotesensingimagines(1973，1989，1996，and2005)andcarryingoutsupervisedcla

4、ssification，theinfluenceofThreeGorgesontheDongtingLakewetlandresourcesisstudiedonthebasisofanalyzingtheevolutionlawofDongtingLakewetlandafterfivercutoffprojectsinlowerJingjiangstretch．TheanalysisshowsthattheDongtingLakewetlandhasatendencyofregressivesuccessionaftertherunningofThreeGorges．Andthe

5、n，inthispaperbymeansofpickingupthelakeinformationfrom33phrasesremotesensingimaginesfrom1993-1996andcombined、Ⅳitllthepreviousachievements，themathematicalrelationmodelbetweendischargeincreasedinthelow-waterseason(ordecreasedinthefloodseason)oftheThreeGorgesReservoirandtheincreased(ordecreased)oft

6、heareaandthevolumeofDongtingWasbuilt．Theanalysisshowsthatthelakearea(volume)amplitudecausedbytheoperationofThreeGorgesmainlyoccurredinthemiddleandflatarea,andtheeffectismoreobviousinMayandOctober．Basedontheresultsobtained，TheThreeGorgeswillplayapositiveroleinprolongingthelifeofDongtingLake，onth

7、eotherhand，italsowillbringssomeadverseinfluencesontheecologicalsystemofDongtingLake．ItwasapracticalandimmediatetopictomakefurtherresearchonthechangeofthehydrologyandtheecologicalenvironmentoftheDongtingI．ake．Keywords：Remotesensing
