1、摘要经历数千年的发展，中国医学产生了丰富的医学文献，然而这些资料却大多散见于历代医籍，经、史、子、集等各类文献之中。南宋周守忠所编《历代名医蒙求》一书，实采辑南宋以前相关医家文献资料而成。其主要内容为历代医家医事、医案医论以及奇闻轶事等。笔者运用他校法和理校法，对《历代名医蒙求》进行点校整理，并对文中所提及的重要人物、著述、专用名词、医学术语等进行注释，力求准确和完善。在此基础上，对《历代名医蒙求》一书的内容、编撰得失及价值进行探讨。周守忠将每位医家事迹编成四字韵文，题目列于引文之上，类韵参缵，韵语珠连，妙趣横

2、生，便于诵习。然此体例虽便于读者阅读和记忆，却有无法按时间顺序编排医家事迹及载分史实等不足之处。《历代名医蒙求》所引用的书籍多达六十余种，可起辑文献，存佚书之作用。但杂采《列仙传》、《稽神录》等书，以至若干事迹不能凭信。《历代名医蒙求》一书汇集了散见于各种文献内有关宋以前历代医家的史料，便于后人研究利用。然周守忠对所收资料并未细致校正，致使文本比较粗陋，史实存有疑异。同时《历代名医蒙求》作者虽未刻意全录原文，但基本上以意录之，使该书具有与其他文献相互考证，以求异同的价值，亦可考察订正某些文献所存失误之处。关键词
