4、20mg/Land2,4-D20mg/L);C:maizepollenandhormone(inducedbymaizepollen,thensprayedwith100mg/L2,4-Dand30ml/LDMSO);D:hormoneonly(100mg/L2,4-Dand30ml/LDMSO).Theeffectsofhaploidembryosrescuingmedium,maizegenotypeandtriticalegenotypeonhaploidembryoinductionwerealsostudiedtoestablisht
5、hetechnologyofinducingtriticalehaploidbymaizepollen.Throughthecomplete6×6diallelcrossingbetween6triticalevarietieswithdifferenthaploidembryofrequency,thecombinationability,geneticeffect,heterosisofhaploidembryofrequenciesofparent’sheritabilityandgeneticcorrelationofF1offspri
6、ngwereanalyzed.Themainresultswereasfollows:1.Inductionbymaizepollenandhormoneisthebestmeansamongthefourmethodstoinducetriticalehaploidembryofor6.65%haploidembryos,whichishigherthantheother3methodsinthisexperiment.2.Haploidembryocouldbeinducedbymaizepollenandchemicalsinmosttr
7、iticalegenotypes.However,thetriticalehaploidinductionratesvariedamongdifferentgenotypes.Thetriticalegenotype07H261-62/NTH2146-2isthebestonewithhigherinductionratehaploidembryo.Theinductionratesofhaploidembryodifferentiatesignificantlyamongdifferenttypesofmaizetoo,andwaxycorn
8、isthebestoneamongthethreemaizetypestestedintheexperiment.3.Thereisnosignifi
