3、企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。笔者通过对太岳电子科技公司现有的企业文化进行分析研究，结合国内外优秀企业文化理论及其应用现状的学习、总结、分析，以“人本理论”为指导，运用调查、访谈、比较分析等多种方式，从企业中获取第一手资料，对企业文化建设现状，按照企业文化理论及层次对太岳电子科技公司目前存在的问题进行分析，根据继承、发展、创新、整体性等原则，从企业核心价值理念、制度再造、人员素质和团队建设等方面，开展了对太岳电子科技公司企业文化重新构建，提出建设具有太岳电子科技公司独特魅力，符合企业发展方向的精神文
