1、遵义医学院硕十学何论文RNAi技术抗呼吸道合胞病毒的实验研究小鼠肺组织分布良好;分别给予0.5nM、1.OnM和2.OnMsiRNA7816治疗后,病毒空斑形成抑制率分别为55.48%、75.74%、84.96%;小鼠肺组织RSVM2基因mRNA表达下降率分别为28.98%、54.40%、76.79%;RSV抗原平均光密度分别下降了13.43%、22.37%和28.93%;小鼠肺组织病理损害得到改善;BALF中自细胞总数、淋巴细胞百分数随着siRNA7816浓度的增加而降低;BALF中细胞因子IFN-
