1、摘要目的：探讨右美托咪啶和丙泊酚在连续硬膜外麻醉下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术的镇静效果。方法：将经皮肾镜肾结石、输尿管肾盂连接处结石、输尿管上段结石I～II期钬激光碎石术的100例患者，根据随机数字表法分成2组：在连硬膜外麻醉下辅助应用右美托咪定(D组)、丙泊酚(P组)，各50例。应用OAA／S镇静评分和脑电双频指数(BIS)对2组患者术中镇静效果进行观察，并记录2组手术过程中在给药前(TB)、负荷量给药后即刻(To)、负荷量给药后5(T5)、10(Tlo)、15(T15)、20(T20)、25(T25)、30(T30)、45(T45)、
