1、天津医科大学硕+学位论文此征是因为盆底肌神经反射功能失常且盆底肌弛缓功能异常，在临床上针对盆底失弛缓综合征这一类慢性功能性便秘患者，不宜盲目采用手术治疗的方法，应严格掌握适应症。首先采用生物反馈治疗，以期恢复正常反射。对有明显肌肥大、肛管显著延长、长期保守治疗无效者，可行手术治疗。关键词：肛管直肠压力测定盆底失弛缓综合征便秘生物反馈治疗盆底肌II天津医科人学硕十学位论文AbstractChronicfunctionalconstipationisacommonandfrequentdisease．Accordingto
