1、AbstractSupercapacitorwasconsideredasanewtypeofelectrochemicalcapacitorinthelastfewyears,whichperformedwellinthehighpowerdensityandenergydensity.Inner-empty-tubulousPolyaniline(PANI)andPolyaniline/Graphenecompositeweresynthesizedinthisexperiment.Thecharacterizationandelectrochemicalpe
2、rformanceofthematerialswerestudiedbyRaman,FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TEM,Galvannostaticcharge/dischargeandCV.Themainresultswereasfollows:(1)TheInner-empty-tubulousPANlwithdiameterof300-500amwerepreparedbysynthesizedwithcitricaciddoped.TheratiooftheCA.AniandAPSwere1:1.5:1.FT-IR,XRDpatternindicatedt
3、hatthePANlwasEmeraldinestatedopedwithCAandlittlecrystallizable.Onthecontrary,thePANIdopedwithCSAdemonstrateddifferentamorphousstructures,whichpiledupwithuncrystallizableparticles.ElectrochemicalanalysisdemonstratedthattheInner-empty—tubulousPANIshowedanimprovedperformanceassupercapaci
4、tor.ThespecificcapacitanceoftheInner-empty-tubulousPANlwas831.75F-g~,20%higherthanthetraditionalPANIblockmaterials,whichalsoexhibitedhighlycyclicstability.(2)TheGraphite-oxidewassynthesizedbytheimproved-hummermethod,whichshowedjessdefects,andthevalueG·Dwashigher.WiththeCTABandKH-570tr
5、eatedonthesurface,16。diffractionpeakdemonstratedthedistancebetweenthelevelswasenlarged.AfterwhichgraphenewassynthesizedwiththePACandEDAusedasthereducingagent.AnalysisresultsshowedthatthemorevolumethePACwasadded,thevalueofthelG’Io_washigher.GraphenewhichwastreatedwithCTABandwasreducing
