1、AbstractPreparationofDuckImmunogbulinofYolkagainstGooseParvovirusGooseparvovirusInfectionwascausedbyGooseparvovirus,itleadyounggoslingsandmuscovyducklingsundertheagefrom3to25dayoldtodeath.Thediseasehasfastinfected。hilghincidenceandhighfatality,whichinducedacuteorsubacutesepticin

2、fectionsandthecharacterizationofinfectionwasseverediarrhea.GPVisanimportantinfectiousdiseasehazardsingooseindustry.DiseasepreventionandcontrolofgooseparvovirusWasmainlyfocusingonprevention,thespecificantiserumisthetraditionalbiologicalagents,andeggyolkantibody(Immunogbulinofyolk

3、,IgY)wasdevelopedinrecentayearsasanothernewantibodiesincludingchemicallystable,highyield,lowcost,moresuitablefordevelopmentofspecificantibodies.Atpresent,theyolkantibodyWasextractedfromlayinghensandducks,andducksarecloserwithgeeseinaspectsofphylogeny,anatomyandmolecularstructure

4、.Sodevelopingofduckeggyolkagainstgooseparvovirusisimportanttoprovideantibodybiologicalagents.LayingduckswereimmunizedwithGPV98Estrains.Y.olkantibodiesfromduckwereextractedandpurifiedbywaterdilution·sodiumsulfatemethodfromduckyolkafterharvestingduckeggsandseparatingeggyolk.AGPtit

5、er,contentandyieldweredetermined.Preventionandtreatmentweredeterminedamongyounggoslingswithoutmatemalantibodies.Experimentalresultsshowedthatspecificantibodiesofhi【ghlevelsappearquicklyaRerduckswasimmunizedwithlivedGPVfromgoose’Sembryo.TheAGPtiterofthepurifiedyolkantibodiesfromd

6、uckWas1:32,andcontentwas81.6%,andthesumofproteinWas6.01mg/mL.ThefatalityofyounggoslingsWasO%inpreventivetest,andthefatalityofyounggoslingsinjectedantibodiesinpreventivetestdosiswas59%intreatmenttest.Theresultsofsignificancetestshowedthattheantibodiesfromduckyolkhavevalidpreventi
